he Organizing Board developed by L. Ron Hubbard contains seven divisions, each with specific duties and functions. All of Mr. Hubbard’s administrative technology is contained in the eight volume Organization Executive Course. Volume 0, the Basic Staff Hat, contains all policies pertinent to any staff member of an organization. The seven remaining volumes, numbered 1 through 7, correspond to the same numbered divisions of the Organizing Board. Each divisional volume contains all the policies pertaining to the purpose and functions of that division.
